About Dimity
I've spent my career working alongside founders, leaders and teams in high-growth businesses.
At Afterpay, I led the People & Culture integration through the Touchcorp merger before becoming Head of Strategy, People & Change during a period of extraordinary growth and global expansion.
I later joined Shippit as Head of People, helping redesign the leadership and people teams for the company's next stage of growth. My career has also included Accenture, LinkedIn and Square Peg.
Today, I bring that experience directly to founders and leaders. I'm known for getting to the root of an issue quickly, listening for patterns and bringing a pragmatic, commercial perspective.
I'm direct, but I care deeply. No fluff. The goal is clarity, focus and forward momentum.
