I work best alongside ambitious people navigating growth and change.
I've spent my career inside businesses who are navigating change & growth. My work at Accenutre, LinkedIn, Bank of America, Afterpay, Shippit and Square Peg gave me different perspectives on founders, executives and investors, but the thread has remained the same - understanding what helps people, teams and organisations perform at their best.
My approach has been shaped by people including Peter Bregman, Jeff Weiner, Simon Sinek, Brené Brown and Adam Grant, alongside leaders I've worked with throughout my career.
How I think & work
I'm naturally curious, pragmatic and commercially minded. I enjoy simplifying complexity, recognising patterns and helping people focus on what matters most. Much of my work has led me to the same question: what helps teams perform at their best? Individual performance matters, but it's within teams that leadership, culture and strategy come together.
At the moment I've become fascinated by how AI is changing the nature of leadership and teams. It raises a new set of questions about how leaders think, organise teams and create value.
I don't have all the answers. I'm interested in exploring the questions with the people building what's next.
